Even though the location is far if you want to travel to Bandung city, this hotel is quite good if you are looking for a hotel with a view of the rice fields.

first time staying at Sutan Hotel, check in at 8 pm, we asked for a double bed because we brought 2 children and were upgraded to an executive room, spacious parking lot, kids friendly, clean room, lots of food variations.. next time will stay here again..

Always stay here when Idul Fitri day, nice place, the parking space is large, but maybe the swimming pool need to be care more

At check in time it was already 5 pm but the room was not ready. The next room was noisy playing with the bell, and the sound could be heard in the room. The bathroom sink hole was blocked and the water was stagnant and did not go down. The breakfast food was incomplete, it ran out quickly. It was only 8 am and many were empty. The omelette took a long time to wait.

Only 1 thing needs to be fixed.
AC should not use server and central format.
because AC is a hotel facility that is intended for guests.
