The AC is not cold. Asked to move rooms, in the new room the TV does not work.

Arriving at 1 pm, you can immediately check in to your room. But after entering the room, you are really surprised because the TV is dead and cannot be used.

just for rest and sleep is enough, the price is according to the quality.. the building is not new, the location is on the main road, there is a basement for parking. for the service is quite good and fast response.

Like the location, for a hotel the room is quite big and comfortable, close to the beach, with cafes and not enough for car parking, next time I want to come back again

I really like it because it is located so close to the beach, in the morning you can walk to Sanur beach to see the sunset, in front of the hotel is also close to gelato which is quite viral

For the price it is appropriate and satisfying, it is worth it, but the bathroom is a bit smelly even though the exhaust is turned on.

Nice stay here, near to Boat station to Nusa Penida.

Breakfast variants are only 3 (fried rice, fried noodles, bread) The sheets are full of stains, the hallway is very dimly lit, the toilet in the lobby smells of urine, the toilet in the room is still okay, only the walls are stained and the wallpaper is coming off. The hotel nameplate is too small and the writing is hard to read so it's a bit hard to find it from a distance. The lobby and stairs smell of cigarette smoke. It's a shame because the location is strategic, it should have a lot of potential to be made cleaner and not look dim. Hopefully it can be better

The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I have stayed here several times. If you want to go to the beach, it's close by foot. Thank you.

When ordering, there were 2 options available, standard and delux. I chose delux because in the picture there was a window. When I checked in, the box was windowless and very cramped - only the bathroom was a bit bright - lots of spider webs - condition problems The property is in accordance/balanced with the price, but what makes you disappointed is that you deliberately chose delux so it could match the picture but it didn't. The staff who took me when I checked in was very unfriendly and more of an indifference - the only two things that annoyed me.

The room is narrow and the place is not good for space.

The hotel location is very strategic, close to a massage place, pharmacy and a reputable money changer. The room that I stayed in was quite spacious and it was on the second floor. The rooms on the second floor are better, because the one on the first floor doesn't have a good air circulation. The room downstairs is damp. There is no lift, but the hotel staff will be able to help you carry your luggage. The staff are very friendly.
