The room is quite scary at night.

A quite pleasant hotel for a family vacation.

for the executive suite type, it's great I took the rice field and river view 213 lots of spots for coffee in the hotel area the staff are friendly and quick to respond if there's anything missing they're so friendly that at 11 am I've sent a WA to remind me to check out at 12 pm the swimming pool is good there's a sports field next I'll try the suite with a balcony

The room was too small and a bit damp, but otherwise ok.

Overall, the facilities are quite complete for a staycation with family, there are playground facilities, swimming pools, and a large area for relaxing sports such as jogging. A little input, maybe for the rejuvenation of the bungalows can be done to increase comfort during the stay, also for the beauty of the building. For the furniture in the bungalow, maybe it can be adjusted to be more comfortable when used. Thanks. Hopefully I can stay again at ARIES biru

It was a great stay here, the location is strategic, close to food stalls.

The service is okay, the response is very fast, next time I come back, I will definitely come here, but because I didn't read the details, it turns out the room doesn't have air conditioning, hehe. I thought the superior type had air conditioning or a fan, hehe.

The hotel staff is very friendly. I got room 205. The AC was not cold and was immediately fixed.

The rooms are cramped, and the swimming pool facilities are far away.

should provide a broom the mat outside the bathroom is not very absorbent so. tv channels must be serviced regularly. the others are safe, steady

the view of the aries villa area is that good. kids friendly because there are children's play facilities, the swimming pool is clean and can be used for children & adults (unfortunately the pool is small even though the villa is very spacious), there is a gym area, staff etc are friendly & helpful, many relaxing seating areas, the villa is not scary, there is also a cafe, the towels are clean, there are amenities, there is a TV, there is wifi, there is a water heater, the price is very cheap if you buy it on the traveloka app. what's unfortunate: when you enter the room it's dusty, the floor is dusty & lots of hair, it smells a bit musty like it's been closed for a long time (hopefully it can be improved again) the rest is APPROVED 👍 will be a subscription.

Overall Ok especially the view. Please improve the cleanliness of the room (dirty floor, dirty glasses that have not been used for a long time, spider webs) to borrow a broom and sweep it yourself
