Great hotel, very friendly receptionist

Clean room. On the 3rd floor but with lift, easy check in. Very strategic location near mrt farrer park. Near tai hoe bus station. Right in front of city mall. Easy to find food. Recommended hotel.

The check-in process is fast, I don't need a deposit. In the description, it says that a deposit of $70 SGD is required. The room is a bit narrow, but I can still fit 1 large suitcase and 3 small suitcases. I can still open the large suitcase in the room even though it's a bit small. There is a bathroom. the bidet only has a water heater that doesn't turn on, so at night when I go back to the hotel, I want to take a hot shower, but it doesn't turn on, so I take a cold shower, and then the room has a small cockroach child 😭 there were 4 cockroaches, I swear, because they didn't give me a do not disturb door hanger so every day the room must have a cleaning service

We arrived before check-in time, but the hotel staff allowed us to enter the room because there was already a room ready. It was very profitable.

This is my second time stay at Tai Hoe (first is 2018 and very good impression at that time). Location is strategic, near Mustafa, City Square Mall, Ferrer Park MRT. Now in 2024 no toothbrush & toothpaste provided. The worst part is lots of little cockroaches in bedroom & bathroon at 2nd & 3rd floor (booked 3 triple room & 1 double room for family member) despite being sprayed with insect repellant every day. Hope for hotel management can provide toothbrush & toothpaste again and most important is improves the cleanliness and solve the cockroaches problem.

Its OK for stay on vacation, near Mustafa and City Square and Farrer Park MRT station.

It 's the most affordable hotel I found during Taylor Swift Eras Tour, and it 's not disappointing at all. We should pay deposit, but at the day they're not charging us anything. Thank you so much, I may be back for my next trip in Singapore ❤.

The hotel is nice and clean, cozy, and really close to the MRT and bus stops. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they've even got hand bidet facilities, which is great.

Tempat strategis, banyak makanan, dekat City mall yang langsung nyambung mrt jadi ke mn2 cukup dekat. Hanya kamar kami kebetulan kamar mandi nya banyak binatang kecil-kecil. It 's ok sih.

Oklah hanya untuk bermalam. Kami bermalam 3 malam dengan kamar family. Kebersihan kamar oke, dan staff yang ramah. Air panas dan ac juga berfungsi. Semuanya dalam kondisi baik. Terima kasih tai hoe hotel, sukses selalu.

A hotel In a strategic position, near MRT farrer park, near Mustafa Center, many halal restaurant around, clean room, clean bath room and have a bidet.

The location is really strategic, the AC is cold, the room is comfortable but the bathroom is small, for a crowd, the bathroom is wet 😁 overall highly recommended.

Tai Hoe is always my choice and recommendation whenever I asked which hotel would I stay in Singapore. The hotel is very strategis, from MRT ferrer Park and exit from City Square Mall is walkable. Check in and check out process quite fast. The receptionist is very Friendly. The one that I missing is water dispenser that usually available in every floor.

Hotel ini sangat staregis, dekat dari mana-mana, memudahkan sekali, stafnya juga ramah dan sangat membantu, sukses selalu.

The location is quite strategic, very close to the Mustafa center, to Farrer Park MRT, walk about 5 minutes, in front of the hotel there is Indian Muslim food, Nasi Kandar ABC is also close. The hotel staff is helpful, I chose harmony number 202, a room with four, the room is quite spacious and clean, unfortunately there is no toothbrush in the bathroom, only soap. But overall quite satisfied with this hotel.
