I booked 5 rooms for my relatives because there was an event nearby the next morning, the hotel staff was nice. There was no problem with the staff, but I think the hotel management should be aware, because the facilities were very bad.. The AC was dead in my room, the other 2 rooms had no water in the bathroom (only a few drops), I didn't even take a shower even though there was an event in the morning.. basically, no more..

for transit, it's quite good with that price, check-in at night, check out in the morning (-+12 hours), only the floor cleanliness is lacking (it seems like it's not mopped and it's a bit sticky), the bathroom water is small so you can't use the shower. The bucket is dirty until I clean it myself. The AC only works for a short time, the rest of the time it's error and leaks. The room is spacious, the facilities are towels, soap + toothpaste + toothpaste, mineral water, TV are available. Hopefully the shortcomings will be repaired & improved again🙏🏻

For this price, the place is nice and comfortable, but unfortunately the toilet is dirty, the AC doesn't work, and the bathroom lights don't work either. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Thank you 🙏

Friendly. The room floor was dirty, and the sheets were too. There were no chairs on the balcony. The AC was quite cold, but the TV had no signal. The Wi-Fi often dropped.

The worst hotel service, no soap, TV, water heater, telephone, everything is dead. There's always an excuse. If you can't sleep at night, there's karaoke until 3 am. You can see the forest.

The room order was not correct. I asked for a single bed and was given a double bed.
