Old room, better renovate all rooms.

The hotel staff is friendly, but perhaps the facilities could be more modernized.

as i remember this is a legendary resort in jambi, but unfortunately i had an unpleasant experience. the receptionist did not offer me to help lift or carry my luggage at 2.30 am. finally i went back and forth to the room to carry 3 suitcases from the car to the room.

The room is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly.

Rooms have lots of cobwebs, lack of maintenance. On the app: breakfast is free, children are not charged extra. In fact, a 50% fee is charged.

Room no 125, smelly and full of mosquitoes. The breakfast menu is all delicious and deserves praise.

Clean rooms, good service and friendly staff. The location of the room is a bit far behind with a view of the forest and lake behind it.

The sink is clogged, the AC is not cold. The water heater is not on. There is a lot of dust under the mattress. The food is not very varied. The wifi is slow. Thanks.

It seems that the building is quite old, the natural atmosphere created by the many trees creates piles of fallen leaves if not cleaned up immediately.

The AC is hot and the TV has no broadcasts. The room smells musty.

Sabun dan shampo kamar man perlu di refill. Teko pemanas air masih ada sisa air tamu sebelumnya. Yang lain okelah. Tingkatkan trus ya.
