Recommendations if you want to travel alone or with family

The AC in the room is not very cold and sometimes the AC machine makes a noise which is quite annoying.

The AC is not cold enough, if you want to make a call there is no phone, instead you are asked to scan a code, when you scan it you are asked to enter the room number but it doesn't work either, the room lacks privacy and you can see the room next door.

I just found out there's a hotel across from my office. So I'm not rushing to get to the office.

1. Check-in time was very long, with only two staff members operating, and more should be added. 2. Room cleanliness was lacking; the floor in the junior suite left dirty marks on its feet. 3. There was still hair left in the corners and other spots. 4. The cables were not arranged neatly. 5. The TV signal was poor, resulting in problems with some channels (YouTube, etc.). 6. Towels were not changed daily, only every two days.

A hotel suitable for a family staycation

It was okay, although rooms are not soundproof. I could hear a live band noise in my room from an event held by the hotel, which was quite annoying as it happened until past 9 pm.

We took the Max Happiness Double Superior room, the room size is more spacious than the one we have taken before, because this time it is enough for praying, the room and toilet are clean, unfortunately there is no telephone to the receptionist or to room service, so we have to go downstairs and ask the receptionist directly for a toilet mat which is not available in the room, there is no refrigerator to keep bottled water cold, for the others, it is good, there is a playground for children to play with a large garden. success always for MaxOne.
