The room is clean, has a view, the staff is also friendly Not too far from Malioboro and Tugu Jogja, High season still get cheap prices Great though Next time I'll stay here again

When I checked in I only got 1 room key, even though I had to go up and down the elevator, I asked for another one, but was served unfriendly. The receptionist said that later I have to return both of them. Even though I always return them intact.

we arrived in jogja at 1 am and had a bit of trouble finding a hotel. finally we found Satoria Hotel with a low price for late check in. didn't expect the hotel to be this good. a hotel with an elegant purple nuance. friendly staff. delicious and varied food. a clean hotel even though it's a bit far from the city center but worth it.

Old hotel so especially the bathroom is a bit neglected. The water flow is not working so it floods. The room's AC is not working so we were moved to another room. Overall everything is ok.

Interesting experience during 3 days 2 nights staying here. Late check in because it was midnight until Jogja. Room changed because the previous room's AC was broken

The hotel is family friendly, the valet parking is very helpful because we arrived quite late. In the morning the kids had breakfast and said the food variety was okay, while we exercised towards Kalasan Prambanan which is 5km away, the atmosphere was okay, when we returned to the hotel, there was live gamelan in the lobby, exciting and a very strong Jogja nuance 😍, we also liked the atmosphere on the rooftop which has a mini gym, the view of Merapi is clearly visible in the morning. What needs to be improved is the extra play facilities for children on the rooftop, not just the pool, maybe there is another space on the floor for a play area because most of the stayers are families.

yesterday stayed for 5 days 4 nights. initially did not expect anything because it was not for a staycation. but it turned out that the service was very friendly & responsive. The room was always cleaned, this is the first time staying there every time after room service was finished there was an extra snack from the hotel for the guest The hotel area is also clean, unfortunately the hotel parking area is small so if guests bring a car or grab to enter it is difficult because the lobby is full of parked cars

Overall okay, I stayed at Satoria room 622 for 2 days, please check the shower closet faucet again, the water is very small. For the rest, thumbs up, great. Thanks.

The check-in and check-out process was quite fast. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was varied. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. It is strategically located near Gembira Loka Zoo

The staff are all super friendly. This is the main advantage BUT But the room is very noisy to the point of vibrating due to technical problems with the AC from outside, it has been fixed but the next day it was still like that and fixed again. The weakness of this hotel is the breakfast is super tasteless :( Please make burjo and sticky rice cooked with SUPER THIN coconut milk. It's not delicious at all. The omelet is also not very good, fried noodles are also not delicious. The only slightly delicious thing is chicken porridge. Hopefully in the future they will change the chef

Hotel service is good. All staff greets you friendly. Only the towels and bed sheets are a bit dull white. The rest is OK.
