The hotel's surroundings are quiet even though it is on the main road, the rooms are spacious, the hot water works, there is a dispenser in the hallway to refill drinking water, the location is close to the city center, the AC is cold, the hotel staff is friendly. What needs to be improved: 1. Please improve the wifi capacity. I stayed overnight on the ground floor but the wifi signal was not strong enough. 2. Please provide some kind of restaurant/mini cafeteria service to buy food if you are too lazy to go out of the hotel. I happened to stay during the Eid holiday and there were no food vendors around the hotel. There is a mini market but you have to cross the street. Overall OK to stay here.

It was okay, the staff were very friendly. But need some improvement regarding some furniture. The toilet bowl was not really clean and some furniture was broken.

Alhamdulillah every time we stay, it's always comfortable. We've stayed 3 times, 1 time, 2 times we only rested for a few hours because the trip from Cianjur to Bandung was very tiring. Overall, we are very satisfied and comfortable, thank you tw hotel
