Thank you to all the hotel staff who have provided me with excellent service. The facilities I received in the superior deluxe room during my 5-night stay at the Grand Dian Hotel were very impressive, with a fairly complete breakfast and delicious food. Coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar are provided in the room, along with hot water cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste, and has a water heater. An ashtray is available, and smoking is permitted in the hotel room.

The service was quite good. The hot water didn't work, and the bathroom area was a bit smelly. The corridors were a bit dark and poorly lit. Access was fairly easy.

The hotel was really worth it. It was close to everywhere. The breakfast was also delicious, quite varied, and suited my picky eater son. 👌👍

The hotel is tucked away in an alley in Pasar Pagi, but it has ample parking. There's a cafe next door, and the place is clean and affordable, with breakfast on weekdays for 278,000 Rupiah. It's comfortable.
