friendly staff, location close to the airport

The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. I asked to change rooms. The bed in the other room had stains and the air conditioner wasn't cool at all. Some rooms didn't have windows.

The AC wasn't cold at all, making the room feel damp and only had a light breeze. It was also very hot at night, even with the AC on and no blankets, making it difficult to sleep soundly. However, the staff were also kind and helpful.

The hotel smells great, but the rooms are just adequate. For that price, it's what you'd expect. I can't really complain, since it's only around 200,000 Rupiah. For a night-time stay, it's still okay.

please service the AC regularly, paying per night is not cheap.. I've changed rooms but it's still not cold. It turns out that the AC is rarely serviced, at least fill it with freon I've been a regular customer here so I'm a bit confused

The staff are all nice, the hotel is nice, even though the soap is a little bit and runs out, the next room is noisy but overall it's nice, I highly recommend this place

The only minus is the AC in my opinion because using a central AC actually feels like a wind blower. It's not as cold as AC in general.

The hotel service is friendly and every 10 am the room is cleaned and the location is also strategic, close to the shopping center and there are many food sellers around the hotel so you don't have to worry about getting hungry, but the downside is that the AC is not cold.
