very satisfied staying here,,

Second time staying at Allisa resort. Easy access, comfortable atmosphere, delicious food 🙂 The hotel staff is friendly.

Fast response service, the bathroom drain was clogged and the maintenance was immediately contacted. Because it took a long time to fix it, we were finally told to move to a new room. The service is okay. It's just a bit less than satisfactory with the restaurant, during breakfast, why was access to the swimming pool closed so we had to eat inside the restaurant! Whereas in other hotels, you can usually eat while watching people swimming, so it's difficult to supervise children swimming, because the restaurant door has to turn to the front, a bit complicated. The beach is quite clean, soft sand, there are still lots of fish, crabs, the water is shallow so it's kids friendly.

Sorry, I just want to give an honest review. Staying here has many disadvantages.. When I entered the room, there was no electric kettle, glasses, tea, coffee, etc. in the room. Even though that's a hotel standard🙄 There were only 2 mineral waters, and they were small bottles. Towels were not available in the bathroom. I really had to ask for them🥱🥱 There was also no bathroom mat. The room price is not the 200-300 thousand rupiah.. Next time, if the standard room facilities are not ready, don't ask guests to check in first. It's a shame that at that price the facilities are so minimal. The room is also very standard. I don't understand the concept of this hotel😟

The room is clean and comfortable, but it's not soundproof. There are lots of noisy kids so I keep waking up when I'm sleeping.

Hotel, the atmosphere is also good and comfortable. A little input for the bathroom, especially the closet, please check its cleanliness. The flush closet also doesn't work.

everything is good everything is ok, all the staff are also friendly especially the receptionist restaurant and housekeeping except for the bar section, explaining to the customer the tone is a little high the packaging is not closed too tightly did not confirm the customer outside no tissue provided. for the location on the side of the road close to Alfamart the beach is also sloping not much sand the beach is also clean, there are many photo spots there are also street food stalls

Even though it was crowded and full house, the queuing system at check in and breakfast was quite controlled.

The hotel staff are very friendly, but unfortunately the blankets, sheets and towels don't look like they're in a hotel. The towels are thin and worn out, just like the thin sheets. And when you open the bed cover, my God, the mattress is really dirty.

The hotel staff even memorized the words because when I arrived, I still hadn't booked them 😁, hopefully it will be better, Allisah.

The place is super comfortable, the room is also clean, the bathroom is also clean, the service is also fast. It's worth it.

The facilities do not match the room price.

Value for money hotel, according to the price. Parking management should be improved, so that the drop off of goods is close to the room

It's quite complete, just needs to update the sports equipment and playground.

Comfortable and affordable hotel, the rooms are quite good and clean plus fast wifi only the TV channels are not good, access to see the beach/sea view is very close, many spots for photos and selfies, the food is varied and delicious, the staff is very friendly even when there was something my wife left behind at the hotel we were informed and when I asked for it to be sent to Jakarta... the lady agreed and the item was sent on a weekday..... extraordinary service from Alissa Hotel

Got it for 800k++, ordered deluxe seaview, got kitchenview instead of seaview, asked for empty rooms at night and they said none were full, but when my friend ordered, he got room p101, If you take deluxe seaview, don't book it if you are placed in p107 or above because there is no seaview, lots of mosquitoes, the shower is dead, the AC is leaking/dripping, the remote control is dead during the day, the food coupon says 1 is pending but it turns out that 1 has been taken by someone else, when you ask who it is, they say they don't know, the beach sand area is narrow and there are still lots of corals, the fitness center is not taken care of even though it is a facility in the application, the dusty playground is not taken care of, the pool is salty.

The hotel staff was very friendly when we checked in.
