Waiting for room availability for 2 hours without being given a welcome drink, having to ask for towels repeatedly and only getting them at 9 pm. There is no hot water. The staff service is quite friendly

First experience staying at this hotel. My room's AC wasn't cold plus the bathroom smelled😣 oh my gosh I don't think I'll come back here again if there hasn't been any changes/renovations from the hotel. When I had breakfast again, the food was not recommended😂 the bread was finished. Food was scattered on the table. The food was finished and no more was added even though I had reported it to the service. There are many things that need to be fixed from the service at this hotel. Then I had another horror experience😭. Definitely won't come back again.
