A bit pricy, especially the breakfast. After I bought the room then the room price fall down around 400k.

One of the staff who claimed to be named Royan (Supervisor/Manager) was very unfriendly when I complained about giving a twin bed room even though the purchase had been ordered with a king size 1 bed.

Everything awesome, staff are all friendly and approachable, great service, smiling, responsive, restaurant food and beverages are up to standard, swimming pool and views are great, hotel cleanliness is great 👍🏻. Anything to improve?:-having few rooms with cartoons themes for children or.- to provide welcome gift for children.- TV program with channel showing anything/anywhere/amenities around the hotel, if with QR code a touchscreen TV will be a + plus point.- Should provide Water hose on toilet for easy cleaning and the water flow on the toilet ground has been seal.
