I really enjoyed staying at this hotel because there was a hot water jacuzzi next to the swimming pool...and the breakfast was really delicious and complete...it was really great.

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. I forgot something in my room when I checked out, and I was immediately contacted by the front office.

Only the bathtub is difficult to drain.

Lokasinya strategis. Kamarnya besar, bersih dan nyaman. Menu sarapannya enak dan bervariasi. Tempat parkir luas. Harganya wajar untuk hotel bintang 4.

This hotel is highly recommended if staying in Batam, complete facilities and satisfying service.

Check in duration take about 30 minutes, should shorten the check in timing.

The hotel is good, but unfortunately my mother lost 500 thousand money yesterday on 11/13/2023 in room 523/522 after cleaning service. Maybe the hotel can check the CCTV who cleaned the room that day and hopefully it will be an evaluation. Nice hotel but not safe.

Menyenangkan sekali stay di sini, semuanya baik tapi hanya 1 hal kekurangannya, pihak hotel tidak menuliskan info pada “see details” untuk usia anak yang mendapatkan free breakfast karena pada umumnya usia di bawah 12 tahun, apabila di luar itu biasanya hotel akan mention (seperti beberapa hotel di Singapore) jadi lebih fair.

great location because there’s a way at the back of the hotel to Nagoya Hill Shopping mall, great place, and great staff.. love the food also

The breakfast menu is quite a lot of choices, but on bed sheets, bed covers and pillows there is an unpleasant aroma. Even though I put it in a special request that I was allergic. Please pay more attention.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Grand I hotel. Amazing everything is good. Grand I the best and the best Traveloka. Thank you..

Very good. And according to the price the room is cool. Breakfast is delicious-many variants, swimming pool is clean and spacious. and there is also a pool of warm water. Clean and large changing rooms, next will go there again.

Went with family of five. Room is clean and comfortable. Only one drawback is the TV channels, only offer 1 TV channel for children Cartoon Network, no Disney Junior or Nick Jr. Otherwise, perfect.

Good location, convenient to walk to Nagoya shopping mall. Requested for an extra towel for my toddler, was informed that they cannot provide one, house keeping then comes to the room to enquire if we asked for a baby bed. Informed the housekeeping staff that we requested for a towel and was then provided one. Informed front desk that safe buttons were not working, however no one came up to rectify issue despite staying there for 2 days.

From the room, staff, breakfast in my opinion okay 👍
