Our room was spacious and cozy, we woke up everyday to the sounds of waves by the shore. Breakfast was hearty and there is free shuttle to jeeva klui where we had our amazing dinner.

Had an amazing trip with my wife here. Everything about this villa is top notch.

Jeeva is one of the best hospitality we have ever experienced, all the staff starting from security, gardeners, everyone is very helpful. Later, if I go to Lombok again, I will definitely come back here and try another hotel that I haven't yet. One thing I noticed most is that they serve natives and expats alike, they don't differentiate. During my week of changing hotels around Lombok, the worst was November, the hotel next to Mandalika and the best was Jeeva ❤️.

Wa really happy to be able to stay at Jeeva Santai. Staffs are super friendly. We have had our breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Pearl restaurant and the food are very very good. Bedroom is exceptionally spacious and very comfortable, really appreciate for the thoughtful lighting positioning. Balcony is also spacious and are perfect for outdoor leisure. Definitely will comeback here.

Villa sangat privat & bersih & berseni , dgn pemandangan langsung ke laut. Makanan : standar rasanya , cukup enak dgn porsi kecil. Keramahan.: semua staf ramah & membantu , termasuk Security yg sangat membantu & menjaga. Manajer juga sangat ramah & mau memenuhi permintaan sederhana. Dapat bonus upgrade kamar Ocean View dgn pemandangan menakjubkan. Staf di restoran juga ramah & very helpful. Kolam renang : air bersih , jernih, tidak ada bau kaporit.

Keramahan : semua staf ramah dan sangat membantu. Terima kasih khusus ke beberapa staf Front Office (maaf, saya lupa namanya) yg mau membersihkan banyak baju saya yg berpasir krn dari laut & pantai. Terima kasih ke manajer yg bertugas hari itu , ramah , cepat berespon, mau memenuhi keinginan kami. Sampaikan terima kasih ke security yg bertugas malam itu, sopan & sangat membantu & memberi rasa aman . Kamar : bersih , indah , rapi, sangat berseni, luas, tempat tidur dan bantal sangat empuk ( mau dibawa pulang ke rumah ) . Sarapan : porsi cukup dan rasa standard. Makan malam : porsi agak sedikit tapi rasanya enak. Pemandangan : wauwww, terutama dari kamar Ocean View. Kolam renang : bersih , tidak ada bau kaporit sama sekali
