Overall, everything is really good, the lobby is clean and comfortable, the room is nice and comfortable. Just a suggestion, add more pillows, at least 4, cancel if only 2 are not enough. The pillows are also a bit flat, please add more pillows because on average there are 4 people in the room (parents + children), how come there are only 2 pillows :)

Conveniently located near various culinary options and minimarts. Rooms are adequately sized and clean. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Ample parking is available outside the hotel.

Everything is ok. I stayed on the 8th floor. But the sound of music from downstairs can still be heard faintly. Maybe the soundproofing should be thicker. Thanks.

When I checked in at 7:30 p.m., I still had to wait almost 30 minutes for the room to be ready. The receptionist didn't answer when asked how long I would have to wait, instead busy typing on the keyboard and making phone calls. I asked twice, and they said housekeeping hadn't copied the information yet, sir.

Clean, very comfortable, nice breakfast. In the basement parking lot there is a ramen restaurant with a pretty exciting ambiance. Keep up the good work.

The sofa is all good, only the wifi needs to be improved because the connection and speed are not good.

The staff is friendly, from the receptionist to the restaurant staff at A.N. Kaindra. The rooms are super clean, and the bathrooms are super clean and spacious. There's a rooftop, swimming pool, and cafe on the 11th floor. The food and drinks are delicious, and the view is also beautiful. Recommended to stay here.

This hotel is great, I will definitely stop by again next time.
