The staff were very friendly and helpful, my whole experience from start to finish when I stayed here was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely book another room here again if I ever come back to KL!

Value for money and near to KLCC

Good hotel in the city center of Kuala Lumpur

My family is always happy when staying at Crown Regency. Kudos to all staff.

It's always an amazing experience staying here, despite for the last time I stayed, the guests in front of my room were very noisy until 3 AM and disturbed my sleep. But after making a complaint, the hotel seemed to move the guest to a different floor and as I said before, this place has always been an amazing place to stay.

It was a very pleasant stay for us, a family of 3. We took one bedroom unit. It was a nice size, TV cable got HBO dan few international channel, my daughter loved it. Also, it took only 5-6 minutes by walking to Twin Tower. So, the location is really nice! Love the Irish pub in the ground, McDonald's just across the street and the staff were so nice. Self laundry is available for 20 RM, but you gotta have your own detergent. Would stay again in here in the future if I go to Kuala Lumpur. Thank you Crown Regency!

It's quite an old building, the mechanism of the air-con might be confusing but you could get used to it. The room is very spacey and wide. Would be great for a family trip. Easy to go here and there, there are convenience stores also around.

Very good service, tip top. For more upgrades, add a washing machine and a new model television that is easy to use on YouTube or Netflix.

Kami menginap 3 malam di apartement ini dengan 2 kamar. Bangunan memang bangunan lama, namun sangat nyaman. Peralatan masak lengkap, piring, mangkok, gelas, sendok, sampe sabun cuci piring, komplit, ada setrika juga. Sampingnya ada supermarket, tempat makan (cafe, mcd, subway, food truck, dan penjual makanan lainnya), dekat halte untuk naik Go KL. Kemana-mana juga dekat.

Hotel luas ruangannya, di beri kamar diatas yang kami pesan, rekomended untuk kembali kesana, dekat dengan Suria KLCC, tempat makan banyak disekitarnya.

Location is strategic. Staffs are friendly. Room very clean. Overall very satisfied.

Buat pasangan, solo traveler, atau sampai keluarga kecil, cocok banget tempat ini. Dekat stasiun, dekat mal, dekat 2 tower ikonik, toko 24 jam buat darurat juga dekat, semua bisa jalan ke tempat-tempat ini. Harganya murah, kamar luas, bersih. Moga-moga awet deh tempat ini biar kalau main lagi ke sana masih ada.

Spacious room more than expected, we take Princess Suite Room and warm receptionist also staff that always open the main door when we need to pass it. Near with many place just walk to Petronas Tower, Kuala Lumpur tower. Will be stay there again next time

Sangat menyenangkan… Selain bersih, dekat sekali sama KLCC. Cukup jalan kaki saja. Kalau saya ada liburan, saya akan menginap di sini lagi.

Saya pesan 2 kamar untuk tanggal 29 dan 30 Desember 2023. Kamarnya bagus, bersih bahkan tersedia peralatan dapur komplit jika ingin masak sendiri. Dapat jackpot, view kamar-nya langsung menghadap Petronas.

1st time check in this hotel because it's close to KLCC, which actually I want to go to DFP for Khai Bahar Concert, it's really close, in just 5-10 minutes on foot, the parking is actually really tight but for a small car there's no problem, just need extra careful, the hotel has no problems, check-in is easy, it's done in a moment, but there is one thing that is a bit disappointing, which is the smell of cigarettes, even though I have chosen a non-smoking room, but still hmmm, and the smell is quite strong, who wants to check in, bring it anything that can be sprayed for less smell

Close to KLCC, near the bus stop.

New look bedroom. Room are bigger & comfortable for family. I'm more than 3 times check in here.

Recommend for family. I had pleasent stay here.
