I have stayed at Sunway 3 times because I have business with Sunway Medical Center. Always satisfied during my stay, affordable access and easy to go anywhere including to the hospital. Directly connected to the mall. There is also a theme park. It's fun to stay here

Hotel staff, service, room are all good and okay. Moreover, the location is very strategic to everywhere (medical center, mall, etc.). I will stay again in the near future.

The hotel is in a strategic location, direct access to the mall. Across from the hotel there is Nasi Kandar and 7 Eleven. Breakfast is OK. The swimming pool must be rented from the Sunway Resort Hotel, the charge is approximately 50 ringgit.

I like the Sunway Pyramid Hotel, the room is quite big enough for 2 adults and 2 children, fast check in and check out, friendly staff, and of course very easy access to Sunway Mall and Sunway Lagoon, a children's play area, next time I go to Sunway again I will stay here again☺️

Hotel location is conveniently situated for travel, with easy access to public transport and there is a shopping mall nearby. The staff were helpful and service oriented.

I like the room facilities and it makes me comformtable staying here.

The hotel was nice. Easy access to the mall and theme park. Finding parking was tough though since it is connected to the mall.
