I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it very convenient for exploring the city. We booked a triple room, and it was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family. The beds were cozy, and there was enough room for luggage without feeling cramped. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a well-located hotel with good options for groups!

Stayed here for a ministry trip, comfortable atmosphere, easy access to everywhere, especially Lotte Mall, right next to the gate there is a Padang food stall so it's not a hassle to find lunch/dinner, delicious breakfast, interestingly self-laundry service, it's rare to find a hotel like this.

The hotel is lovely, clean, nice bathroom. Staff is very accommodating and helpful, and they are available 24 hours. My room includes breakfast. It was average. Easy to get a taxi around the area.
