A very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Thank you to the staff from the receptionist (Mr. Farid and everyone at the front office who were very friendly and helpful), security (Mr. Khadag and everyone), also the restaurant staff (Mr. Anamul and everyone), and all the staff who I cannot mention one by one. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if I have the opportunity to return to Kuala Lumpur.

Great location! Easy access to night street food and Pavilion mall. Room and food are decent, a boutique hotel standard. Appreciated that they provided a Bluetooth speaker in the room.

I've stayed at this hotel three times and have been very satisfied with the service and the friendliness of the staff. Additionally, it has a strategic location, close to the MRT station, bus stops, and the city center. As soon as you enter the lobby, you can feel the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel area. There 's also a gym facility. When you open the door to the room, you are greeted with a fresh scent; The room looks neat and clean, and the in-room amenities are complete. Mineral water is also provided every morning. The price is commensurate with the facilities and service provided. The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel has made me fall in love, and I will not stay anywhere else.

Hotel yang sangat nyaman, pelayanan nya sangat bagus sekali, kamar sesuai dengan yang di pesan, dapat free minibar. Lokasi strategis sekali, cari makan juga mudah, ke pavilion dekat, ke alor juga dekat, sangat rekomendasi sekali hotel ini.

OK aja buat sekali nginep, pintu kamar mandinya gak rapet jd airnya suka keluar keluar, grab car juga suka agak jauh. Tempat tidurnya yaudah aja. Tapi viewnya ngadep twin tower dan di lobby-nya ada bukuu, waktu puasa ga ada sahurnya. Kalau buat nyaman nginep dan tidur oke, tapi gak buat staycation/berlama lama di hotel.

This is my third times staying at The Kuala Lumpur joirnal and love it. They have triple standard room too. Walking distance to bukit bintang shopping area, near lots of restaurants and coffee shops. It 's also close to bus stop and MRT.

The bedroom and bathroom is spacious and clean. Great lighting to the room and special view to Twin Tower. The amenities is superb, they make their own shower gel and shampoo. Very high quality. Enjoyed my stay here a lot

Triple deluxe room is spacious enough for 3 of us. Clean. The location is superb, exploring Bukit Bintang (street foods, restaurants, MRT station, malls) everything is in a short walking distance.
