Being year end, this is the time of family holiday and party. I requested for a quiet environment. Ms. Ria and Mrs. Silvi took care of it and provided exactly that. My appreciation to both of them. Plenty of culinary choices in the surrounding area. One of the cleanest hotels in Jambi. My compliment to the housekeeping team!

The hotel room was clean, the sheets were new, the breakfast menu was very varied, and the receptionist helped with takeaway breakfast due to early check-out, so this hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel is clean, the characteristic smell of the hotel is still felt😁. The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is very close to culinary, just leave the hotel and choose what you want to eat, close to walking distance, for photo spots the view is very beautiful especially on the rooftop at night.. I swear it's really beautiful😍, basically I don't regret staying here🥰

The hotel is nice, located in the city, easy to get local food. A lot of chairs in the lobby, we use it to wait for the pick-up car. The bed and bathroom are clean and tidy. The air conditioner is cool and makes it relaxing to conquer Jambi's hot climate.

Worth for the money for the overall stay, except for the foods and drinks in the bar (overpriced). Another thing is they are running out of non-smoking room, the rest is good!

For my travel needs, the hotel's location is strategic.
The hotel staff are friendly, and the hotel is clean and comfortable.
The Wi-Fi speed in my room on the 6th floor needs improvement, as it was slow.
Overall, the hotel and staff are okay.

One of the best choices of places to stay in Jambi. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, toilets and showers are very good. Friendly staff, very fast check-in and check-out, close to various culinary centers. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. Highly recommend Swiss-Bell Hotel as the best place to stay in Jambi.
