The room is uncomfortable and poorly maintained, the bed is too light so it is dangerous to sit in the corner

The room is quite okay, quite spacious. There are many roads to get to the hotel location. But unfortunately it is not according to the order, every night it always smells of cigarette smoke in the room. Very stuffy. While we ordered a non-smoking room. The staff is also not friendly at all.

Lots of cockroaches, early check in is not possible, rooms are not very clean.

The room smells, you smell, the bed is hard, the TV is old and the screen is not nice to look at, the elevator is broken, it's really bad.

To the hotel owner, please fix the broken elevator. Poor staff downstairs being yelled at by customers even though they don't know anything. 😊🙏

The elevator was broken, I got stuck in the elevator. The room looks unclean, the room's feel is not like the photo. The dark room only uses LED sticks, not bulbs. The bathroom lights are yellow and not bright.

friendly staff, good access, no breakfast and indeed the hotel does not provide it yesterday the room I got was not very clean, there was still hair in some places then the wardrobe was quite rotten the glass was dirty dust under the mattress the toilet was clean, the amenities were also standard some of the plugs were on and some were off provided tea, sugar, glasses but no spoons or sticks hehehehe the staff was the best all friendly starting from security and reception overall I like it, it's just not bright enough, it's like a prostitute hotel thank you

When we first checked into the room, the kids immediately lay down, but when they lay down, the mattress and pillows smelled really bad, and when they wanted to go to the toilet, it turned out there was no soap. Day by day it's getting more unclear. Different rooms were given to those booked. Asking to change rooms was not possible. And one more thing, the ceramic tiles were all torn off. The mattress was dirty, the pillows smelled. Tah laah😤🤬😡
