Got charged RM200 without any explanation. I was in a hurry to airport while checking out and my deposit was cut RM200 without the employee explaining anything to me

The staff is very friendly, the room is clean and fragrant, highly recommended for a long staycation.

The room is big, clean, and comfort for family trip. I booked the room for 4 people and it has 2 bathrooms inside. The room facilities so helpful such as washing machine, kitchen, iron and table, and dining table. However, maybe the hotel managment can make various breakfast recipe as I was bored to eat same menu in 4 days.

Disappointed, honestly booked a hotel face interested because you can take photos at the pool with a view of the twin towers. But not seen and not given permission to enter even though 1 management.

Rooms are spacious, equipped with washing machine, full set dining equipment, electrical stove and refrigerator. It's really recommend if you plan a trip to KL with your family. Location itself close to KLCC area, accesability from and to the hotel is very easy with a lot of transportation mode option. Offcourse, I'll make a reservation again in this hotel if have a trip to KL

so closed to landmark KL Twin Tower Petronas & KL Tower (you can walk to get there)..i got room with view direct to KL Tower..but view for Twin Tower Petronas not clear enough due to block by new building (The Face Style)..if you at Sky Top Pool (level 51) you can see partially Twin Tower Petronas..if you have more budget.. I suggest to take the new building (The FACE Style if i not wrong), the view so clear to both Twin Tower Petronas & KL Tower. but all average was satisfyingly..big room with 2 bedroom, kitchen set, wash machine..so accommodate my family (2 adults and 3 children)..housekeeping cleans daily even I not request or hanging tag (Make up room)

Enjoyable, spacious, comfortable holiday with family can be more relaxing like at home... children can play freely

Strategic location, can walk everywhere

Everything was great. My only comment was the lifts; Very slow. Maybe the management should do some recalibration to reduce the waiting time.

It was my solo trip there & I am just so satisfied with my stay at the hotel. So, I visited the Deepblue Restaurant & Bar at level 51 The Sky Deck. The food are very tasty and they also have variety of cocktails. I also visited the infinity pool at night and during day time, absolutely loving it and will definitely come back for more🥰♥️

The bedsheets, pillow sheets all dirty.

The room is not well maintained and the fridge is dirty with some molds in it. Will never visit it again.
