The hotel is clean and the location is easy to find because it is on the side of the road. The parking lot is also spacious and the staff is very helpful. The only problem is 1, why is there no basic first aid kit available in the hotel? Yesterday I had a wound on my leg and called the receptionist whether there was alcohol and betadine, betadine alone is also okay. But after waiting for confirmation for a while the staff informed that betadine and alcohol were not available (empty). I think these are basic things for the availability of first aid for first aid. Hopefully there will be improvements.

My experience and my family stayed at the Grand Serela hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, the staff were friendly, the breakfast variety was quite good, it tasted good, only the lontong sayur for the vegetables had no taste, the room was clean, cleaned every day, only there was an unpleasant smell when entering the room, it seemed like the smell came from the carpet on the floor or because there was no ventilation, until we bought air freshener, the rest was okay.

The rooms and facilities are okay, only the receptionist is not very friendly, it is recommended to ask for more, especially for a 4 star hotel.
