atmosphere, location, breakfast and service are all okay. what needs to be considered is the water drainage, both the sink and the bathroom are a bit blocked. then for the towels provided and the refrigerator smells 🙏🏻 I didn't ask for a room change because it was already night & the kids were tired. maybe it could be paid more attention. thank you 👍🏻😊

Fun....For family & kids for various activities Arriving at night.. fast check-in process, very comfortable rest. Rent 2 rooms side by side, in the morning worship outside the area which is quite far from the resort. Cool room view of waterpark, river, rice fields, & mountains Very diverse and delicious breakfast including briyani and goat curry. However, for children, you have to pay another 50%. Many activities for children to swim and play in the water at the waterpark, ATV, or just walk around the hotel, and it turns out there is also a coloring competition for children In terms of price, it is quite cheap for a hotel of its class, but the location is around a housing complex, hopefully in the future there will be a mosque close to the inn.

Booked via the app at 9 pm, when I arrived at Bess Resort, it turned out that the order had already been entered into the hotel. The staff was friendly and informative. The environment was clean. The room was okay and quite spacious. The bathroom was clean. Check in and check out were also fast. Even from the fence, the staff were also quick 🫶🏻

When I wanted to check in, no one helped me unload my stuff. And when I wanted to go to the room, there was no delivery service to the room. So my husband and I had a hard time bringing my quite a lot of stuff. The bathroom needs to be cleaned, because there was still some small black animal feces. The water in the sink is too small. Please pay attention to the PILLOWS. It's time to change them, because they're already covered in black mold and smell musty. The sheets are also dull. The AC is also leaking. The TV is also a bit blurry and the signal is not good. The balcony area also needs to be cleaned. The food tastes ordinary, the vegetables are undercooked, from 1-10: 6.5 *. But the plus is the view of the cottage area is really nice. 😊 I stayed in room 101. triple bed.

Highly recommended especially if you invite your extended family, the nuance is very natural, comfortable and cool, enjoying time with your family here is the right choice a large yard, there is a waterpark, children's and adult swimming pools, a complete package here hopefully I can come here with my extended family again

It was really enjoyable staying here, the view of the rice fields around the hotel really calms the heart and makes you feel at home, like returning to your grandmother's house near the countryside.

The staff is friendly with Brother Bryan. Hopefully next time we can come here again with our extended family.
