I stayed overnight from April 19th. This is my second experience staying at the Arthama Hotel The service I got was very good.. My wife also had a spa massage and the therapists were friendly and good at massaging, very appropriate with the therapist's time according to the package. I also enjoyed the Gla Diner Romantic Premium package.. The service I got was very satisfying, friendly, polite (photographed, videoed, etc.) although there was an unpleasant incident but it was paid off with the staff's service (hopefully not because of that mistake) Lastly when checking out, suddenly asked for the car key and prepared to take it in the lobby until the door was opened by the staff (even though when I visited 1 it was not like this) to make me more satisfied.. Yes, in the future, the service is maintained or improved. success for arthama hotel management see you next time

For overall cleanliness and good service, also strategic. For food there are many variants, also snacks, but the food is salty in our opinion and the room is not soundproof.

The AC wasn't working, but the hotel quickly replaced our room with a new one.

Friendly and fast service when checking in. with a deposit system where funds will be returned when checking out. pleasant atmosphere when arriving / checking in. this hotel which was inaugurated in 2017 is located in the Losari beach area which is an icon of the city of Makassar and is only about 200 meters away or about 5 minutes walk. various facilities can be enjoyed here including large outdoor vehicle parking, fitness room, spa, swimming pool which are all on the 4th floor. nice and neat room layout so that you feel at home in a cool room because of the AC. from the room you can see the sunset in the afternoon if it is not cloudy or rainy. the center point of Indonesia can be seen its beauty at night from the room, or the floating mosque and the phenomenal 99 dome mosque can also be enjoyed from the room. breakfast time starts at 6 to 10 am with interesting dishes, western menu, archipelago menu and local menu can be enjoyed here. thank you for the good service during your stay at Athama Hotel.

The staff is not very friendly and the food is not very varied, but the comfort of the room is really good, the toilet, bed, etc. are all really comfortable.

stayed 3 nights here very comfortable, clean..from security, receptionist all friendly..,2x reschedule process fast because wrong month. only on the last day breakfast one of the restaurant service reprimanded unpleasant...5 year old child charged why on day 1-2 is not clear. other than that satisfied..God willing will come back again☺

The bathroom was very dirty, smelly and black, the bed sheet and towels were almost brown, full of stains, the 9am set meal was already finished, to the point where there were guests who didn't get any.

Please provide more training for the receptionist to be friendly to the guests.
