The hospitality of the receptionist really needs to be improved, even they don't put a smile on their face when facing customers, along with other staff (Roomboy, security) are very stingy with smiles when meeting customers, please improve the hospitality of Batiqa, otherwise Batiqa will not be an option anymore when staying upcoming in PKU. Thanks

It was fun, even though it was only for one night, but everything was fun, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.

Strategic location near the airport.

We need a nice hotel near the airport since we got an early flight and this hotel is the nicest near Pekanbaru airport.

cold sahur food, indomie made carelessly, only half-cooked water and noodles are still hard. request at that time complete with vegetable egg but there is nothing. price for fried rice is too expensive. Stir-fried baby kale in between the stems still has a lot of soil, seems like it was not washed or did not have time. overall ok
