CK Hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms at affordable prices. Things that need improvement: 1. Reservations: No direct contact number for reservations; you have to go through sales. Even if you contact me via direct message on Instagram, they only respond after I've checked out. That's frustrating. 2. Buffet Cleanliness: I arrived for breakfast at 10:00 AM, which is true, it was close to closing time on weekends, but that doesn't mean the stalls were left dirty, wet, and scattered. That's sad. 3. Room: I stayed in 607. I killed three cockroaches there... in the room... So I think these three things need to be addressed by management, especially as you're a large hotel in Tanjung Pinang.
