Always happy to stay here. But the few times I've stayed here, I've always gotten a room with a broken toilet. And we can't watch TV because the screen is dirty or has spots, it's unwatchable. It would be better if it was fixed. So we can watch with clear quality and it won't damage our eyes.

Room 1611, the refrigerator is broken + the curtains don't cover all the windows so the sunlight still shines into the room

It doesn't have the quality of a 4 stars hotel. The price reflects the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. Things that could be improved. 1. The air ventilation should be replaced. The air coming out from the ventilation smells bad, dewy and smoky. 2. The bathroom sink had lots of mold. 3. The wall needs to be repainted 4. The floor needs to be scrubed.

the lobby is cozy and comfortable, room is ok but the air conditioner need service cos not cold enough. shower is nice but need to add 1 more light so it will be brighter.
