Lokasi sangat dekat bandara, ngga jauh juga ke tengah kota.. Hotel bangunan lama, cukup terawat dan bersih.. harga agak pricey ya, mgkn karena di kota ini ngga ada pembanding yang seimbang.. breakfastnya sorry banget underrated👎

Sutan Raja Hotel has a great location, very close to the airport, which makes it super convenient. However, the room had a strong cigarette smell, which was a bit disappointing. If they improved the air quality, it would be a much better stay!

The check-in service was fast and the reception was friendly and fast in providing service. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, but it was not soundproof because you could still hear the footsteps of the children running around in the room above.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean, soundproof, the staff was friendly, the breakfast menu was extensive and varied. My only complaint was the bathroom in the room, the water flow in the shower was not strong enough in my opinion, I was not satisfied with the shower, and the drain seemed to be clogged at km 119. Thank you.

I stayed here for 4 nights, the food variety was the same every day, so it got boring.

The room is comfortable, it's just that the shower is above the bathtub, so if you want to shower without soaking you have to stand in the bathtub, you have to be extra careful because it's slippery. The check-in process took a long time, but check-out was fast.

Service was really excellent. The ladies in front desk are really friendly. Food in restaurant is pretty cheap and good, services are nice. Room is very spacious, clean but little old, kind of need new bedsheet and pillow. It 's really near to airport.

The shower water flows very slowly, very uncomfortable for showering. The next morning I asked to move to fix the shower or move rooms, the night after the activity I entered the room and it turned out the condition was still the same. I protested but the receptionist just said yes and said there were no replacement rooms in the same class. Finally the technician came to look at the shower and said that there was indeed a problem with the shower which was not normal, in the end I protested loudly again and asked to be moved. After almost 2 hours it was just accepted, and the funny thing is that it was in the same class that the receptionist said before and there wasn't one. Very bad service, not going there a second time.

A little input can be checked in room 412, the bidet is leaking water everywhere and also the glass door to the shower is not closed properly so when you shower the water comes out into the toilet and becomes stagnant. The rest is staff, service, food OK. The room, lobby smells good 🫶🏻.
