Nice hotel for a business trip with colleagues.

Nice staff, food is just so-so to be honest, location is okay but it's a bit inside a shophouse so you have to walk a bit further.

The service is friendly, the food is varied, unfortunately there is only 1, there are lots of mosquitoes outside

The restaurant food is delicious, the staff are friendly, the room is clean, comfortable, there are family rooms, if I go to Surabaya I will definitely come here again

I've stayed here twice. It's a great choice for a staycation. It has complete amenities, including a pool. It's close to Transmart, so you won't have to worry about going hungry.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean as is the bathroom, the AC is also cold, the hot water for bathing works well, the breakfast is very varied & the taste suits our taste, the room atmosphere is pleasant, especially because we rented 2 rooms that can be directly connected to the door access in the middle, no need to go out the front door, in short, in our opinion it is recommended for a vacation with family, please maintain the service & if necessary improve it to be even better
