It was a great stay here

I've stayed here twice. So far, it's been comfortable. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the service is friendly. I'll definitely stay here every time I visit Batam.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It was pleasant, satisfying, and affordable. It's about 60,000 Rupiah from the airport by taxi. It's family-friendly. There's an elevator to help those with lots of luggage and the elderly. The food is quite good.

Quite satisfactory with the existing service, and very close access to the airport for visitors in transit to avoid traffic jams in Batam City.

The room is comfortable.. clean.. but one of our rooms had a slight smell that didn't suit our noses.. but it didn't disturb our rest.. Thank you..

There were mosquitoes in the room, and the ceiling leaked a lot, making me reconsider my booking. It made sleeping uncomfortable. Hopefully, this hotel will improve in the future. Keep up the good work.

The AC in room 201 is noisy in the middle of the night, making it hard to sleep.

The room smells of cigarettes, maybe it's because of the availability or what, but it can be fixed so there's no cigarette smell left.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly, responsive, woken up at dawn, escorted to the airport, lent a mukena, comfortable even though alone, the sheets are also clean, for that price it's really good, exceeds expectations 👍 there is a hair dryer, next to it there is an express laundry, across from Indomart, lots of food, highly recommended, close to the airport 👍👍, it just takes time to go to the city center

Slow staff response, hot AC, problematic Wi-Fi, otherwise ok.
