The staff was rude, didn't explain when check-in time was, when asked they just told me to wait and then left to go shopping at the minimarket, leaving the guests behind.

The hotel is quite good, perhaps improvements need to be made in certain places for customer comfort and the breakfast menu is more varied but overall it is good, thank you M Hotel Sorong.

Security is less friendly and less polite.

Receptionist lacks good cooperation

I found a cockroach in her hotel room.

The hotel is very quiet & creepy. The phone in the room doesn't work. The bathroom shower has no hot water, the shower is like taking a shower using a pipe shower.

The room is not so good but the reception is lovely, also thanks for the free gift.

Initially given the floor. 3 because there is no lift we ask on the floor. 2 hallways really smell of cigarettes, to the point of dizziness. Entering the room, the AC turns off, wants to call the reception, the phone turns off. Finally had to go down to the lobby. The air conditioner can be handled immediately, but if the phone says the line is problematic from the center. The only thing that is better is breakfast because you join the Kriyad Hotel next door, but because it was raining that morning, PR also had to leave the hotel and it was raining even though the distance was close.

First came there was a problem with the room, but it was quickly resolved. For comfort, breakfast and location are okay.

I was a bit surprised after arriving at the hotel, the condition of the hotel was not as expected by me as shown in the photos on app, the condition of the hotel building outside was very dull paint, floor tiles were peeled off, the bathroom with hot water was less-hot and the condition of the lights- many of the lights in the room went out and the walls of the walls were dull, the breakfast service was inadequate with frequent waiting for the menu to run out, for the assessment I gave 4 out of 10, thank you

the room is nice, comfort and clean.. and really like the breakfast in the kyriad hotel next to M Express hotel as they are one management.

Really enjoyed the hotel, nice and comfortable.

The hotel is dirty. Pillowcases were not replaced, cigarette butts from previous guests were still there, lots of mosquitoes, no elevator to go up. Not recommended.

Its location on the edge of a big road, many places to eat around the hotel.

Uncomfortable because house keeping attendants enter the room without guest requests. on guest matters yet. check-out or guests are not told to tidy the room so that guest privacy is disturbed.

The service is fast, friendly, and satisfying, the hotel is comfortable.
