Bestie, this hotel has complete facilities. It's just a short walk to Sun Plaza, and it's close to everything. The breakfast is delicious, varied, and complete. The staff are also fast-responsive and all friendly. This hotel is the best.

This hotel is cool, the building is nice, spacious, and clean. The price is right, but there are three things that make me reconsider staying there again: 1. The receptionist wasn't very friendly, with a slight facial expression that made me think twice about staying there again. 2. There was an employee at the desk near the entrance who didn't seem to care about the guests. I asked her where the elevator was because I didn't see it when I checked in. But she arrogantly replied that the elevator was near the receptionist, just turn left. Without a smile or any friendly expression, I started to think all the employees were the same, because starting from the receptionist, I received the same treatment. 3. The breakfast wasn't great, not befitting the hotel's star rating. But beyond that, I give the building and cleanliness a thumbs up. If the service were improved, I would love to stay here again.

Generally everything is good but there was a case that shock me, when I’m finish with my breakfast and back to my room I took some of croissant and pastry for my son the female staff that stood in front of restaurant said that not allowed to take away 😃 . This is my first time to experience that.

For breakfast, the variety is very limited and the taste is just so-so. It's not as grand as the hotel.

The restaurant only offers chicken as a side dish. There should be meat and fish, but there was no breakfast on November 20th. Check in on November 19th.
