Minimal facilities for the price paid, slow wifi. BBQ for 350 thousand for 2 people, the beef is very tough and cannot be eaten. Additional rice as big as McD rice costs 22 thousand. Fresh air and beautiful scenery.

The atmosphere is beautiful, this is the first time I've stayed in glamping, for us the most important thing is that the bathroom and bed are clean. The view is nice, you can see the mountain view. Recommended.

I will come back for sure because the place is cozy and has many facilities.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful during check in plus welcome drink. Then for the room is nice, comfortable and clean, plus some facilities that can be enjoyed so it is very family friendly.

Enjoyed staying at Trizara Glamping. The location is easily accessible from the highway, beautiful view, satisfying room facilities. Initially we thought the choice of a family room with two sets of beds (can accommodate 4 adults) without AC made us worry about the heat, but it turned out to be cool as we expected.

Complete facilities and comfortable atmosphere

Staying at Trizara Resort was an amazing and unforgettable experience for us. This luxurious glamping in the cool air of Lembang really provides maximum comfort without eliminating the natural feel. The children were so happy playing in the playground and participating in various exciting activities that were indeed designed to be family-friendly. The facilities are complete and pampering, starting from super comfortable beds, campfire areas, to photo spots with stunning views of the hills. The staff are also very friendly and responsive, making us feel really cared for and pampered from check-in to going home. The calm atmosphere, fresh air, and extraordinary service made this vacation so memorable. The real test actually began before arriving at Trizara Resort, the road to get there was no joke, the incline was so steep that it made my heart beat faster and my hands shook. Drivers who are not used to this kind of terrain can be nervous, especially if they have to pass vehicles from the opposite direction. Fortunately, we were still able to arrive safely. If I may give a suggestion, maybe Trizara can consider providing a shuttle service from the lower parking lot, or provide a replacement driver to help drive the vehicle up, or even build a new, flatter road, hahaha. Forget this ridiculous suggestion. But believe me, even though the road to get there is quite challenging, my family and I will still come back to this place because it is that cool. Just FYI, in our opinion the best room is in Svada 09, and the amazing staff gave that room to our little family. Thank you, Trizara Resort staff, you are amazing! Indirectly you gave sweet memories to our children.

Comfortable, friendly staff service & recommended for family vacations

Glamping places are usually scary, but this one is not scary at all. And still get the natural feel. The mountain view is very clear, the glamping is also clean, the bathroom is clean and not scary at all. The aura is very nice. Plus the staff are very friendly. I left my cellphone behind and the staff helped me return it even though I was no longer in the glamping. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.

The room view is not good, the bathroom smells a bit musty, for comfort it's okay, suitable for a couple, overall it's okay

For the service, it is good, the place is also clean and fresh because no vehicles can enter. Next time, there is an option to come here again.

All are very satisfying from the hotel service and facilities, very suitable for a staycation with family 👍 will come back to stay here again.

Stayed here for one night because of its location close to Lembang Zoo. The room is quite spacious and clean, the view is nice and the location of the tent is really good because it is located in the middle. We ordered dinner at the restaurant, maybe because it coincided with the bukber event, so the service was a bit slow and we didn't get a place but it was okay, there could be room service but we were the only ones who wanted to eat at the restaurant, it turns out there is a place to eat near the tent 😄😆 there are lots of places for children to play, you can also play basketball, soccer, badminton etc. Recommended for families who want to staycation.

The view from this camping resort is breathtaking! And the staff is also very friendly and helpful. It is also very close to Dusun Bambu which is a popular tourism site in Bandung.

Really like Trizara, the place is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, quiet and at one with nature.
