To GAIA management,
This is my first time staying at GAIA and I like the hotel, it's clean, minimalist and the food is delicious. But I'm traumatized by the service from GAIA staff.
On February 11th night, I requested several things with the receptionist (male) in the lobby and it was very disappointing:
1. Request for 2 bottles of mineral water (rejected) on the pretext that 2 bottles had been replaced in the room. I checked in and there were only 2 bottles and no one had replaced them. But it was still rejected and only 1 bottle could be given.
2. I waited for my mineral water for almost 1 hour and it didn't come. I called again and it was just delivered.
3. I requested a morning call (alarm) at 5 am. There was no alarm, I almost missed the train.
With the premium price I paid, I feel like I didn't get the service that I deserved. And I feel like it's not negligence but intentional which makes me as a customer feel like I'm not being served properly.
What action will GAIA management take regarding my problems and dissatisfaction during my stay at GAIA?
