Good location and friendly and good facility

Friendly staff, clean rooms, reasonable price and amenities. A few things need to be improved: when I stayed last night, there was no hot water for showering.

The room and sink were not very clean. The sheets and blanket smelled of the sweat of the previous occupant, as if they hadn't been washed. The kettle and glasses were not available in the room (they had to be requested) and were dirty. The swimming pool was unusable.

It was completely inappropriate. I happened to check in at night, and it was incredibly dirty and had a scary feel, as if it hadn't been cleaned. The ceiling was broken, and the lights were dim. I felt goosebumps when I entered, and I tried to calm down, but I couldn't, so I left immediately. It was a stark contrast to the photos.

The place is nice, quiet and strategically located, it's easy to find food and the prices are cheap.

The hotel doesn't match the photos; many of the facilities are no longer functioning. Check-in is at 5 a.m. and check-out is at 9:30 a.m. Hot water doesn't work. Towels are the only toiletries provided.

The staff are friendly, but the atmosphere of the place is poor quality and dirty,,, there are lots of weeds as if it has not been taken care of.

I was there for literally 30 minutes and decided to check out. The Front desk staff didn't look very friendly at all and did not even ask why we were checking out so soon. The Room was filthy. The entire place does not even look like the pictures shown on the app.It was an utter disappointed.Will not recommend anybody to this place.

The hotel staff is friendly, the AC is cold, the parking is ok, the bed sheets are not clean, the towels are not clean enough, the amenities are incomplete, there is no electric kettle and the room is dusty.

It should be good for that price, but this is a dud, it doesn't match the scary photo, it's dirty, full of mosquitoes, itchy, I swear I didn't fill it up and checked out straight away, not recommended!

The AC wasn't cold, the bed sagged, I complained and moved rooms, the AC got worse, instead of enjoying it, I ended up sweating when I took a shower, so I checked out and didn't sleep in the swimming pool either, there was no water, for around 300, I should have gotten a room that was worth it for the Cibubur area.

Location: located not in a main road, but it is not a big issue for me. The good thing: There is minimarket near the hotel. Contact: hotel cannot be contacted at all. I used hotel contact provided in traveloka app. Cleanliness: bad. Floor is dusty, bed is not clean, bathroom floor is stained, there is no doormats. I did't even dare to use the towel, because it was really smelly. There is no water heater flask for making coffee or tea. The most disappointing part is the swimming pool. The reason why I chose this hotel because it has a swimming pool for the facility. But when I came, it is not a swimming pool for human, but fish and toad. If I know it earlier, I would book another hotel. Definitely wouldn't go back. Please update the facility information. Especially the swimming pool. People may feel fooled and disappointed that there is no swimming pool.
