Recommended to family stay. Nearby attraction. Great weather. Out of traffic.

Best accommodation if you go to Genting. The rooms are very spacious. Most importantly, the pool is very nice because it has a roof so that my kids can swim even if it rains.

The location is excellent, but the room cleanliness is poor, the curtains are loose.

Honestly, the hotel is very comfortable with clean and cool air, it really makes you feel at home there, but it's a shame that in a hotel that big, guests have to find their own room without being accompanied by staff and are only directed to several towers. So far, everything is paid off with the view and cool air 🙂

The room position is confusing, many buildings (1-7) have to go in and out of the building to reach the room. The bathroom gives off an unpleasant smell.

The hotel is nice, the staff is not friendly, the room is not clean, there is a lot of dust & marks from the floor, there is a lot of hair under the mattress.

Most of the places there was amazing, but the location is kind of bumpy when you try to go to other places out of the hotel: 3

- Do not disturb button is spoilt, cleaner went into room when i was away - TV controller was not working (maybe wrong controller for the tv?) - Missing Aircon controller for the room - Room cupboard cannot be fully closed so light was on throughout - Double decker bed squeaks every time there is movement, felt unstable and unsafe

apartment with hotel too,,when check in only one person guard must self service but assisted how to do it, there is charge service debit card the atmosphere is quite cool, only for ordinary food, order fried vermicelli oil is really a lot access to Genting must take a taxi / hotel bus my rosary was left behind I contacted the hotel via WA to ask for help sending it to the hotel in China town Kuala Lumpur later how much will I pay, but they said it can't have to pick it up myself, want to go back it takes time because I'm only in transit, disappointed also because the rosary is a gift from my child bought in the Vatican, if possible please help send it

The hotel is great...clean...friendly service...there is a shuttle bus to Genting Highlands too

They provided awesome unblocked mountain view room. Staffs are very friendly, clean room and breakfast was nice. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Thanks Majestic team.

Access is difficult. The bus has to pay 7 ringgit per person. The food is not delicious. It is also difficult to find Grab. If you are on a vacation with your family, the place is okay. If you want to feel the atmosphere of a room above the clouds, this is worth a try.
