Very good location, nice staffs and facilities. The exhaust of the smoking room can't be turned off and the bedding set is white gradation to cream (lack of color maintenance) so it seems like dirty.

The hotel service is really good. The service is good. I just felt uncomfortable in the room, there were lots of baby cockroaches sleeping and the cockroaches were also running around on my body, oh my God. The toilet smelled like poop, but I reported it to the receptionist and they responded immediately, and the pillowcase smelled of someone's head, so I immediately had it washed downstairs so I could sleep comfortably. My suggestion is to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room so there are no more cockroaches.

The hotel is clean, close to restaurants, close to the mosque, not far from the airport, the price is worth what you get.

The hotel OK but quite dusty. The breakfast they give voucher 30000rp is 3 dollar voucher. But we must pay price extra for the food is more than 3 dollar voucher. Terrible experience.

At that price, it's better to look for another hotel, the rooms are small and the bed sheets are dull.

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is ok and strategic, but the cleanliness of the room, toilet and surrounding area is not clean, the AC is not cold, the water in the toilet is too small, the shower for bathing is also a bit broken, the sheets and pillow cases smell and are a bit yellow, please fix this.

Many food stalls near the hotel with competitive price.

Hotel receptionist is inconsistent in service during check-in. Not very friendly.

The bathroom is not very clean and the AC is not cold but the AC noise is loud.

The room is too small and for breakfast at a nearby restaurant you have to wait until it opens at 7am.

I will never book that hotel again.
