Hospitality is great. Room okay and quite big. Pool okay.

The location is slightly protruding from the road so that vehicles are not noisy. Around the hotel there are many resto & cafe options as well as minimarkets.

A very beautiful hotel, all the crew are very friendly including the owner who greets all guests at breakfast. The scenery around the hotel is very beautiful and the breakfast menu is very varied. Recommended hotel to stay 👍

The water is small, the lights are dim, the rooms are not clean, the food is mediocre.

We travel with family, great service. However, my suggestion is be careful allocating your guests to the room where its seems like out of nowhere. We initially booked 2 deluxe rooms but honestly speaking it feels like its not friendly for human. The building is too old, totally not maintained, ground floor rooms are blocked and its just feel like entering another world. Luckily they team service is very helpful and they hear our concern and upgrade us to the room near the pool and more reasonable to live in. Thank you for your great hospitality.

We were greeted very friendly & given a welcome drink. The rooms are spacious & big, there is a terrace, there are toiletries, the rooms are clean and the location of the hotel is very strategic. Highly recommended 👍

We came and were greeted with a very friendly welcome and a welcome drink. The rooms are spacious, the toiletries are there, the rooms are pretty clean (but the terrace is not clean). The swimming pool has a good view and there is a pool for children and towels are also provided near the pool. The waiters are very friendly and always greet guests. It's just that the breakfast menu is less varied (only get bread, juice and 1 main menu) for the taste, it's pretty good.

The room is spacious. The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is friendly and always greets guests in a friendly manner. The swimming pool is good, the children are very happy, but for breakfast, there is less variety and only alacarte, not a buffet. For the taste, it's okay.

We stay in triple bed room, the room was big, with 3 of 4 feets bed, more than enough for our family of 4, the staffs were excellent, we had porridge, it was really delicious…..hope this pandemic to be over soon, so you can have all the normal activities there…

Minus: - the hotel is quite old. - lack of maintenance, landscaping is not taken care of. - the room has large and many ants (massive) - the hot water is only 45 minutes hot ... it's warm, it's not hot (1 room only in 105) - dark lighting (because pandemic effect) - soap and shampoo are still using old stock, the smell is not fresh. - smoke from burning rice straw from neighbors enters the hotel. - TV size is only 32 ". - bathroom is a bit small. Plus: - the proper ala carte version of breakfast (fried rice or fried noodles) was given a bonus of bread with butter and a plate of watermelon. - Even though the pool seemed old but still cleaned. - Good beds and bed covers. - Spacious rooms with balcony. - Rooms upgraded to a pool view and suite (because there were ants) - friendly friendly staff except for 1 male staff who came when we complained about a large ant nest, when we arrived, we immediately seemed to accuse us of opening the room door for too long, even though after checking it was there ant nest in the bathroom 106. Shame of you sir. We give a rating of 8 because the price gets a promo.
