This hotel is currently occupied by Indian Bangladeshi workers on the 2nd and 3rd floors so it is less comfortable for travelers.

Cleanliness needs to be improved, don't expect much, just enough to sleep, price is relatively cheaper for 3 beds.

Just enough to rest and fortunately close to the MRT and many restaurants around the hotel, room cleanliness needs to be paid more attention.

The room is big, the AC is cold but there is no TV, refrigerator and no kettle, water heater but you can get it in the kitchen, the room is a bit dirty, my child found traces of hair rollers and a lot of shoe glue, the soap ran out when it first arrived and was not refilled, the location is not far from MRT.

Ini hotel joroknya minta ampun. Hari pertama seprei bantal bau banget, gak ada tv, gak ada pemanas masak air. Lalu kami minta pindah kamar. Ke kamar sebrang. Setelah pindah kamar. Malah lebih zonk dari kamar pertama. Bau pesing, bau bangeet, sampe mau muntah berkali-kali. Pas di cari tahu. Ternyata ada kuning-kuning air kencing di bawah kasur. Dipan kasur juga bau banget kaya kena di kencingin. Parah banget sih ini. Emang gak di bersihin atau gimana! Padahal ada pengunjung nya semalam di kamar itu. Uda gitu penjaga siang nya galak bangeet yang oma-oma, marah-marah teriak-teriak terus. Padahal aku bawa anak kecil 2 orang. Malah opa-opa nya yang baik. Aduh ampun. Gak akan nginep lagi di sini. Kapok!

Lokasi persis pinggir/perempatan jalan. Tidak jauh dari stasiun mrt aljuned, banyak pilihan makanan sekitar hotel. Kamar cukup luas untuk family dengan anak kecil.

All the facilities were not good, especially the wifi (internet), it didn't turn on, it was on and off, he said it was under repair but he couldn't get it when he got home, then the TV couldn't turn on because the cable was unplugged, the place where he had just plugged in the water for cooking water kept dropping, he was told to take it outside, then there's no mat and the pillow smells musty and the floor is dusty, even though the hotel is expensive, basically the hotel doesn't match the price.

Book a room for 4 pax. Got a room with a hole in the roof. Since we checked in, the room floor and bathroom was dirty. Every time I leave hotel, I ask the female receptionist to clean the room but the floor was never swept and mopped. Mineral water was given when we asked. I only get nescafe on the first day I'm check in, not everyday.

According to price. Drinking water is provided, the room is spacious enough for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). Given a souvenir when checking out.

The only pocket friendly hotel for going to Singapore with the family, the bus stop is close, the Aljuneid MRT is also close, it's just a shame that the WiFi is problematic when staying here so the kids are in a bit of a bad mood, you have to go near the receptionist and then it will be smooth.

The mattress is hard, the pillows are hard, the sheets are dirty and don't smell good. There 3 days 2 nights. But the sheets weren't changed. Fluffy towel stuck to the body. Bringing children is not really recommended.

Location good. Room big and comfortable. Toilet facilities very bad. Room cleanness average.

3 cockroaches, dirty carpet, spoilt mattress(you can feel the spring so bad that it hurts your butt) Assigned room 1 directly facing counter , room not sound proof as noise from outside could clearly be heard. book for a night but left at approx 7pm aft cockroaches were spotted. worst hotel I ever encounter.

We stayed a total of 8 nights. on the 6th day the housekeeping had to go and throw our stuff as in toiletries that we personally bought which was amounting up to 30++ to 40 dollars. and they only agreed to pay 20 dollars. I found the place very run down and not up to expectations. the aircon was either too cold or not cold at all and the bedsheets had stains . the blankets are very thin and the other tenants there are foreigners. They were so noisy in the nights. I really think they need to improve on their stay for guests. out of 10 I will give a 2 or 3 only.

The hotel staff is friendly towards hotel guest, whenever you need regarding hotel stuff, They will send to you once they receive your call

Nice big room at that price okay

The hotel is clean. I just got a room that doesn't have a closet. Breakfast every day but its okay bread at that price is also close to Aljanad MRT. There's a good halal mufiz restaurant near the MRT.

For a hotel in SG that could accommodate 6 people with free breakfast, this hotel was cheap! Perfect for group travellers who are on a tight budget. Absolutely you get what you pay for.

We can be on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The hotel is old, you should renovate immediately. a bit dusty, TV does not turn on. morning bread, tea, coffee is provided downstairs. The location is near the aljuned MRT and bus stops.
