An overall great stay-whether you are looking for a solo getaway, couples retreat, friends hangout, or small family trip. The staff are always friendly, smiling and ready to help. With the Whatsapp messenger you can get your answers to any request or questions in almost an instant. Kudos especially to the driver who picked us up from the ferry terminal, Mr. Uwinginting, who was friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast is included but the menu is somewhat limited and is served in room at your preferred time. At other times of the day, the Cafe at the front of the hotel is open till 10pm but also serves a very limited menu. If that doesn't satisfy you, then you can take a short 3 min walk across the street to dine at the Grand Lagoi Hotel. Rooms are large, comfy and well decorated with your very own private dipping pool, large bedroom and outdoor courtyard with dining table, deck chairs and a mini kitchen (one bedroom unit). With high walls surrounding the villa, you get a feel of privacy and although units are close to each other, noise is never an issue. The beach is just a short 2 minute walk from the villa and although a public beach, is not as busy on most days as some of the other resort beaches. On weekends though, the beach can get busy during the day attracting locals spending a day out. The Lagoi Plaza is an atrium of shops just beside the hotel but unfortunately there are very few shops that remain open post pandemic. The hotel provides transportation and guided tours to any of the sights and activities in Bintan. Do give the place a try!

Overall we had a good and relaxing stay at Kamuela Villas. The villa was strategically located as you can walk to the lagoi beach and the plaza area. The villa itself was spacious and there were plenty of activities or services to choose from. Unfortunately we did not try the outdoor activities as the weather was raining most of the time, but we did try their massage services and in-room dining. The only downside was that there was no phone line to call the receptionist, so everything was communicated through Whatsapp.

So far hotel is good, staff friendly, the room is nice but many animals like snails, and I found it frog, but itsokay maybe at the resort like that. The breakfast not good enough. Maybe will comeback again. Thankyou kamuela.

The place is nice, the service is good, there are only male employees (personal yes, his actions were caught peeking at my aunt undressing in the bathroom), the rest is good.

Just hope the food is improved.

Villa keren, kolam renang ukuran pas untuk keluarga, AC di kamar dingin banget. Yang kurang hanya peralatan masak tidak tersedia, padahal ada kitchen set mini.

For a comfortable location for a vacation that is privacy. It is just. There is no stove available. Even though there is a kitchen and living room, there's a stove. But at 150 thousand cas, if you want to stay there, you have to bring finished food from home so you don't get confused to eat. because it's far from nowhere, for lights, life is at 6 pm. and on the night, the electricity jumped. don't know right.
