The hotel is nice, has a nice view because it is located on the beach, and it is easy to access especially from Frans Kaisepo airport.
I just have some inputs, if possible please improve the room service and also the breakfast.

I am very disappointed because of the comfort of the Asana Hotel because it is too noisy with drunk people and not soundproof during break time at small hours and it is very disappointing. Because what I know is that the comfort of the guest is the responsibility of the hotel. How can people get drunk in the next room with only more than 5 guests and the party is not sensitive and not quick to respond to it, that's what makes me very disappointed

Pay attention to the cleanliness of the lobby and dining area of the hotel. There are lots of small birds flying around so they often defecate. When you shower there is no hot water.

The check-in process did not take long, the atmosphere was family friendly, the room was spacious and clean, only the breakfast variety still needs to be varied. Very close to the airport, just a few steps away, quite satisfied with this hotel.

The AC is broken, the bathroom is very dirty, the mattress is not soft, the pillows are thin and damp. The bathroom is full of worms, the toilet seat is broken, it smells of shit, the toilet sink is not suitable, it is very disgusting. The hotel staff is limited, the room walls are damp and full of mold. I used to be very proud of this hotel and I stayed there 4 times, but now I come all the way from Jayapura for a vacation and choose this hotel, but when I got here OMG everything has changed and it is very disgusting. 😩
