Got a room without an outside window, but it was comfortable.

Best location in the city center, friendly price.

The AC is hot, I've changed rooms, upgraded rooms, but it's still the same. The rooms are clean. It's time for the hotel to be rejuvenated.

VIP class room keys are problematic, you have to ask the staff 3 times to open the door, the AC is not cold enough and the sound is noisy, it would be better to replace this type of VIP room, because the price is actually just standard.

When I checked in, they said to come in at noon. It turned out to be true, I should have been able to come in at 2 o'clock.

The front corners are sharp and hard to see, making it prone to tripping, the duvet looks like it has a new stain, the room smells of cooking in the middle of the night and is disturbing.

the waiting room as it is, is not big enough, the problem is that we arrived in Berau at 12 noon, had to wait until 2 noon before we could check in, after negotiation we could check in faster at 1.30 in the afternoon.
