The hotel staff was friendly, helping with parking and carrying luggage to the room. Access to shopping centers was easy and close.

This is my first time staying with a group of bus drivers who were incredibly tacky and noisy. From the afternoon they arrived until 1 a.m., they were noisy, with the men and women shouting and talking, and the children running around. The problem was that the room wasn't soundproof. My husband and I had a hard time sleeping. When we checked out, the group also used the waiting room to sleep. This was truly a bad attitude, disrespectful to other hotel guests. I hope this incident doesn't happen again. It's a shame that such a beautiful hotel is being littered with guests like that. Staff, please help. If any guests are causing a disturbance, just reprimand them.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, close to public facilities, malls, restaurants, the town square, basically I was satisfied staying here.

Best hotel in its class, cheap price for family suite with capacity of 4 people, spacious room, free minibar, very descent room decor not excessive, clean, quiet, no frills, very strategic location, friendly staff, only there is no restaurant/meal service, but around the hotel there are many places to eat, to Batu tourist attractions near less than 10 minutes. Highly recommended.
