The hotel seems like being manage by family business which means the standards aren't really on point. For example, the bedroom door can't be locked without the key, the bathroom door also can't be locked. The water has a certain smell and I think it's the lake water. They also didn't provide flip flop despite the floor is dusty. If you can look pass all of these, it's a very nice place to stay and the view is 10/10!

Not recommended, there is no fan in the room, no air conditioning, the bathroom is filled with dirty water, no shower, no sink, the water is not clean, I stayed for 2 nights until I got a fever.

Overall, this hotel is good, the view is directly behind Lake Toba, close to the Ajibata crossing, the staff are very friendly, the only drawbacks are that it is not soundproof and the bathroom door is hard, maybe not all rooms are like that.
