Overall this hotel is okay. Friendly staff, clean hotel. And the location at night is fun for walking. My only concern is that it needs improvement, the parking area is quite difficult (the area is not wide enough), internet speed and variety of food menus.

Very good, I always stay here when I go to Lampung.

Everything is okay, but the towels and bathroom mats are lacking because the colors are almost the same and the smell of the towels is not very nice, it's better to bring your own towels.

The room is clean, comfortable and the toilet is also clean.

even though the conditions are crowded, but the receptionist is still friendly when serving. the room condition is clean. but it is undeniable that the room is old-fashioned. recommendations to be given a vintage touch so that even though it is old-fashioned but looks artistic. breakfast variations are also not many and in terms of presentation, taste, etc. there is nothing special. Astoria hotel management should conduct a comparative study to 3-star hotels in Jakarta where for the same price, but in terms of quality, etc. are much better.

There was no meat or chicken in the food, just vegetables and boiled eggs. The mattress sank a bit when I slept on it.

I left my flash card in my room. I remember it was still in my room, but when I called the receptionist, they said it wasn't there. Hopefully my flash card is useful and beneficial, and the balance too.

clean room, stayed during Ramadan, the sahur menu lacked variety, halved boiled egg sambal, noodles, crackers. it tasted good. plus there was white bread and black sticky rice porridge

experience of staying 1 night in a deluxe room on the 5th floor (fyi: there are only about 8 rooms on the 5th floor) at a price of around 550k in my opinion it is a bit pricey, with room facilities like that, the TV only has a few channels, not a smart or android TV, the AC is not cold enough, the breakfast menu does not have chicken or fish, only eggs. many of the staff are friendly and quite helpful

overall okay only when checking in I ordered 3 rooms 1 room with a single bed at a price that was more expensive than 2 twin rooms because I brought a small child. but when checking in the reception said all single rooms were sold out and had to be twin. while I brought a 4 year old child who was afraid of falling if he was a twin.. the reception was also curt as if they didn't care.. the food was delicious
