When I go to Bandung, I always stay here. I really like the place, it's not noisy, it's very comfortable, the staff is also friendly, but unfortunately the AC is still very old so sometimes it's not cold. Luckily the weather during my stay was rainy so it was cool.

It's funny that I asked for a towel and got a plastic bag. This is the first time I didn't get a towel as well in a hotel. It took a long time to deliver it, it was given in a plastic bag, and the AC was noisy too.

Check in was fast around 9 pm, the receptionist was friendly, the security guard was playing with his phone all the time, never mind being friendly, it seemed like he had no intention of working. Just came in on a motorbike, instead of being directed, he just stood there looking, had to walk around in the dark. The room was full of ants

The hotel location is close to restaurants and souvenir shops. The hotel staff are kind and friendly. The facilities, especially the hotel rooms, are poor, such as the wifi network does not reach the room, the toiletries can only provide liquid soap and towels that look old, there is no kettle and sachet drinks, there is no hanger in the bathroom or it is broken, some furniture is also broken so it cannot be used, there are no directions for prayer, the room windows do not have vitrage so it is difficult to get light during the day and other people from outside can see into the room, and if you get a room with stairs it can be dangerous because the stairs are quite high and the turns are sharp.

The hotel staff was friendly, helping us with our needs. The hotel atmosphere is indeed old-fashioned, comfortable and clean.

At least there is a kettle to boil hot water. The room is quite spacious and the AC is very good. Only the bathroom might need some extra maintenance

before covid often stay here all good and quite satisfied last yesterday choose this hotel LG but the service is different not satisfying and disappointed. starting from dirty towels, no water heater, TLP not working and poor lighting. the bed still has hair from people

Overall it's good, only the shower in the room I stayed in was a bit small.
