Clean and comfortable room, sophisticated facilities. The staffs were good enough to do their jobs based on the SOP. But they need to improve the hospitality for a little bit. Plus, they should have informed which way the guests should access their rooms, in case of coming late after the gate is closed. The security guard did his job very well, indeed, he made sure everything was in control, especially at night. But he seemed to forget that he, too, is a front liner who has to greet guests with proper hospitality, instead of just interrogating those who come back late and might need some information about the access. As a security guard, he should not suspect everyone who comes at nearly midnight as an intruder. They also have a strict regulation for check-out time, so you really have to leave at exactly 12.00 PM or they would apply extra charges.
